Who We Work With

Interbeing Therapy primarily works with teens and adults, with particular experience supporting creatives, activists, neurodivergent, Queer/LGBTQ+, and culturally diverse humans.

Our approach can be especially helpful for people navigating trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, AuDHD, chronic stress or burnout, grief, identity and life transitions, relationship patterns, and nervous-system dysregulation.

We are also a good fit for people who have done a lot of talking, thinking, analyzing, or traditional therapy—and understand themselves pretty damn well—but still find their body reacting as if the danger isn’t over.

You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here. Sometimes what brings people to us is simply the feeling that the way they learned to survive isn’t the way they want to keep living.
